All Ground Shipping orders will use UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer. Standard shipping will take between 3-5 Business Days depending on your location from Southern California. Orders placed in California usually arrive in 1-2 Business Days after shipping.

Below is a chart that better illustrates how long it will take for you to receive your order once it has been shipped.

*Any orders of larger items such as 9'-12' artificial Christmas trees or large custom-made silk trees will need to be shipped freight and may take longer to reach their destination.**Orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be subject to an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge prior to processing and shipping the order.

If you would like to specify a different shipping method, please do so in the comments section at the bottom of the final checkout page.
