As an AH Gold Label Always Lit tree, not only do we provide 100 extra replacement bulbs in the box, should you wish to replace any burnt out lights down the road, we also include a smaller Versa Stand in the box to in case you ever want to set up your tree as a 7 FT or 5 FT Christmas tree.

Shipping and Returns
As a business who sells our industry-leading Christmas trees in person and online, we do not bake the shipping price into our Christmas tree price and pretend like it would magically get shipped for free rather than being baked into the price. In fact, what those online retailers don’t tell you is they have to bake in a return shipment charge because of how many returns they get.
Instead, we charge a fair shipping charge of what it costs us to get these items to you safely and securely. Our preferred method of shipping Christmas trees is through UPS Ground with a signature required upon delivery. Sometimes, the boxes for trees taller than 9 FT are too large to be shipped via UPS Ground and must be shipped freight and may take longer to reach their destination. **Orders shipped outside the Continental United States will be subject to an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge prior to processing and shipping the order.
As a local business, we do not accept returns on any artificial Christmas trees that are being shipped to their destination. Because our trees are built-better, we do not get quality related returns like the other online retailers; we’re just simply not set up to have a bunch of trees sent out for people to try-on which style they like best. If you purchase your tree locally and pick it up at the store, we do have a 15% restocking fee if you open the box, so despite your inclination to ignore us when we tell you to measure your space several dozen times, please do measure your space so you know your tree will fit.
