Mystic Garden 4 in. x 5 yd. - Mint
Description
The combination of mint and gold feels whimsical and elegant, and the wide 4‑inch size makes the ribbon perfect for statement bows, layered accents, and eye‑catching holiday décor. Even though the colors are softer than traditional Christmas tones, the ribbon brings a charming, storybook‑like quality to seasonal designs. Its mint‑and‑gold palette pairs beautifully with champagne ornaments, white lights, frosted branches, pastel décor, and woodland or fairy‑tale themes. The embroidered floral pattern adds texture and visual interest, making the tree feel layered and thoughtfully styled.
Using Ribbon Well
If you've never used ribbon to decorate a Christmas tree, it may seem intimidating at first. When do you put Ribbon on a Christmas tree? If you've wrestled with this question, rest assured, it's much easier than you think. Most designers prefer to put ribbon on at the very beginning of decorating a Christmas tree. If you're going to add some sort of LED Christmas lights, you would do that first, followed by the ribbon. Start from the top, either by creating loops for a bow which you can tie off with floral wire (if you're decorating a live tree) or with one of the PVC tips on an artificial Christmas tree. From there, just work your way down the tree, tucking the ribbon into the tree as you descend, creating a nice, billowing shape. Our line of AH Gold Label Christmas trees is designed to have enough spacing to accentuate ribbon, stems, ornaments and more. Follow along the video below to watch the whole process:
