Unsatisfied customers may return most items within 30 days for the cost of merchandise. Customers will not be reimbursed for shipping charges and are responsible for return shipping charges. Guidelines and exceptions are below:
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item with the exception of Christmas Trees and large scale wholesale orders items within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new condition inside its original packaging. Please contact our customer service department at 1-818-988-5970 to receive an RMA number. All returns require an RMA number to be processed.
All products with the exception of closeout and overstock items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
Once authorization for return is given the item must be postmarked for return within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales are final for tall silk trees, Christmas Trees, custom arrangements and wholesale large quantity orders.
RUSH ORDERS: All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for RUSH orders.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange your item for a new item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS: All Christmas orders placed after December 18 are final sale.
