Aldik Home Return Policy
Our in-store policy is that merchandise may be returned (in new condition) within 7 days for store-credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds in-store. Any artificial Christmas trees purchased in-store that are returned with an opened box are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We kindly ask that customers measure the space in the room where the Christmas tree will be going before opening the box to make sure it will fit, avoiding the need for a restocking fee all-together.
All Christmas items purchased after Thanksgiving are final sale.
For our online purchases: unsatisfied customers may return most items within 30 days for the cost of merchandise. Customers will not be reimbursed for shipping charges and are responsible for return shipping charges. Guidelines and exceptions are below:
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT.
All products with the exception of closeout and overstock items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales are final for tall silk trees, Christmas Trees, custom arrangements and wholesale large quantity orders.
RUSH ORDERS: All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for RUSH orders.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange your item for a new item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
CHRISTMAS ORDERS: All Christmas orders placed after Thanksgiving are final sale.
